Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Proactively manage client expectations and provide strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives.
2. Social Media Understanding :
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.Guide clients on social media strategies, content planning, and platform-specific tactics.Analyze and interpret social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations.3. Internal Liaisoning :
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and design to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.Communicate client requirements and feedback to the team and ensure alignment on project deliverables.4. Digital Marketing :
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.Understand and leverage various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights to clients.5. Communication Skills :
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.Requirement :
