Job Description : IT B2B Sales Executive

Job Type : Full time (On-site)

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the company.
  • Procuring new B2B through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Connecting through cold calling with prospective clients for B2B leads generation.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through creative marketing strategies and reaching out to target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions and services.
  • Communicate the company's services effectively and professionally to prospects.
  • Perform follow-ups with clients to determine their requirement or any further concerns they may have.
  • Updating and maintaining a customer database.
  • Building business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • End to End project pipeline expansion - lead generation, cold-calling, in-person visit, converting it to Prospect, deal closure, customer support and ensure customer delight.
  • Provide after-sale support.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking, network security, network devices (Switches, routers & firewalls), or Cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
