Roles & Responsibilities :
- Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the company.
- Procuring new B2B through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Connecting through cold calling with prospective clients for B2B leads generation.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through creative marketing strategies and reaching out to target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions and services.
- Communicate the company's services effectively and professionally to prospects.
- Perform follow-ups with clients to determine their requirement or any further concerns they may have.
- Updating and maintaining a customer database.
- Building business relationships with new and existing customers.
- End to End project pipeline expansion - lead generation, cold-calling, in-person visit, converting it to Prospect, deal closure, customer support and ensure customer delight.
- Provide after-sale support.
Qualifications and Skills :
Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills.Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities.Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies.Knowledge of networking, network security, network devices (Switches, routers & firewalls), or Cloud solutions is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Location : - NS3TECHSOLUTIONS PVT LTD.(3rd Floor, B9 Block B) Sector 14 OLD DLF Nearby Metro station MG Road Gurgaon, Haryana (122001)
