About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE / BDM) with a proven track record in IT Services Sales . This is a core sales role (hunting only) focused on driving new client acquisition, revenue generation, and business expansion across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in closing deals in IT Services / Digital Transformation space.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business generation through proactive sales strategies in domestic & international markets.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.Build and nurture strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers (CIO / CDO / CMO, etc.) .Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities to build a strong pipeline.Collaborate with the marketing team on lead nurturing & campaigns.Perform market research & competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.100% focus on new client acquisition & revenue growth (not a presales role).Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of proven experience in IT Services / Digital Transformation Sales .Strong B2B outbound sales exposure (domestic or international).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and close deals.English medium education preferred.Strong sales-driven personality with passion to achieve targets.Why Join Us
