Role Title : SaaS Implementation & Automation Specialist
Reports To : Founder / CEO
Location : Hybrid / Remote (with occasional travel to client clinics)
Role Overview
We are seeking a SaaS Implementation & Automation Specialist to customize, implement, and scale our SaaS platform for doctors and clinics. This role requires strong technical expertise in SaaS configuration, automation, and integrations, along with the ability to train and support end-users (clinic staff).
You will be responsible for :
- Implementing and onboarding client accounts (clinics / doctors).
- Customizing and automating modules such as funnels, CRM, campaigns, and workflows.
- Integrating third-party apps (WhatsApp, payment gateways, Practo, Google Calendar, etc.).
- Training clinic staff to effectively use the platform.
- Enhancing the SaaS product by building new modules, templates, and automation packs for scale.
Core Skills (Mandatory)
Strong expertise in SaaS Mode : pipelines, workflows, campaigns, sub-accounts.White-label setup : custom domain, SMTP, Twilio / WhatsApp integration.Funnel & website builder experience.CRM configuration : pipelines, opportunities, automations.Advanced Automations : workflows, triggers, AI assistants, SMS / Email sequences.Appointment scheduling & calendar synchronization.SaaS configurator : pricing plans, Stripe billing, upgrades / downgrades.Technical Stack (Preferred / Growth Skills)
Zapier / Make (Integromat) : for external SaaS integrations.APIs (REST) : basic knowledge to connect external health apps / custom modules.Front-End (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) : for customizing funnels & landing pages.Database basics : import / export clinic data securely.CRM data migration tools : for patient data from spreadsheets / legacy systems.Soft Skills (Essential for Client Training)
Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts simply.Patience and adaptability when training the doctors’ staff.Problem-solving mindset with strong client service orientation.Why Join Us?
