Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAS CI 360 Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in managing, implementing, and optimizing customer intelligence solutions using SAS CI 360 platform.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing automation, campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and customer analytics.

This role requires strong technical expertise in SAS CI 360, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Implementation & Solution Design :

• Design, configure, and implement marketing campaigns and customer journeys using SAS CI 360.
• Understand client business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop personalized marketing strategies by leveraging SAS CI 360 modules like Campaign, Engage, Discover, and Audience.
