Job description

Designation - Middle East Sales Controller

Education - CA (7-10 years, post CA (1st / 2nd Attempt cleared) or MBA – Finance from Premium Institution (Full time)

Role reports to (Designation - Role of reporting manager)

Head of Controlling & Finance, Industrial Business, ISEA

Travel Required / Region

20-30% Travel required to ME (UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, etc.)

As an active member of the sub-region management team, you will :

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and working capital.
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with the regional controlling team.
  • Hold a key role in the finance organization of SKF Eurotrade AB, providing instrumental support to FOC in monthly and annual closings as well as statutory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards.
  • Act as Finance Manager for selected smaller legal entities, such as SKF Pakistan, SKF Egypt, and SKF Saudi Arabia
  • Oversee credit management across the sub-region.
  • Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to promote standardization and efficiency.

Skills & Experience

  • University degree in Finance and / or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Finance function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Fluent in English;
  • additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience with SKF systems and reporting is an advantage ;
  • particularly with platforms such as SAP S / 4HANA, BPC and SDW

    Measurement Criteria

    Business Controlling

    Should have experience of Business Controlling / FP&A min. 4-5 experience :

    (E.G. Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, forecasting, financial closing, profitability analysis, KPI Analysis, etc.)

    Audit Experience

    3 years of experience successfully handling statutory audits independently.

    Role Type

    IC Role but should have exp. of handling team of 2-3 members.

    Exp. of handling multi-cultural team / overseas controlling for last 2-3 years

  • (Need to handle different stakeholders’ including Agencies, Consultants, Third party Employees, etc.)
