Job description

Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Provide training to end users on ECP
  • Troubleshoot ECP issues
  • Implement new ECP features
  • Work with other departments to ensure that ECP is integrated with their systems
  • Maintain ECP documentation
  • Stay up to date on the latest ECP releases.
