About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, SSHR, and Payroll modules.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processes, technical development, and functional consulting, along with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide techno-functional support for Core HR, SSHR, and Payroll modules.
- Work extensively with Payroll tables, APIs, and reports.
- Develop and customize Fast Formulas for payroll and HRMS requirements.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including MD050, BR100, TE040, MD070, MD120.
- Conduct UAT sessions, end-user trainings, and provide functional guidance.
- Design and develop RICE components BI / XML Reports, Interfaces, APIs, Conversions, Extensions, Customizations, and Personalizations.
- Utilize SQL, PL / SQL for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Work on EIT & SIT in Core HR modules and payroll interfaces.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Perform basic Unix operations and manage AOL components.
Required Skills & Experience :
4+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant.Strong expertise in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll modules.Proficiency in Payroll tables, APIs, and reporting.Solid knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL, and RICE components.Experience with EIT & SIT setups in HRMS.Familiarity with Fast Formulas is a plus.Exposure to MD050, BR100, TE040, MD070, MD120 documentation.Basic knowledge of Unix and AOL components.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills(ref : hirist.tech)
