HRMS & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, SSHR, and Payroll modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processes, technical development, and functional consulting, along with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide techno-functional support for Core HR, SSHR, and Payroll modules.
• Work extensively with Payroll tables, APIs, and reports.
• Develop and customize Fast Formulas for payroll and HRMS requirements.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including MD050, BR100, TE040, MD070, MD120.
• Conduct UAT sessions, end-user trainings, and provide functional guidance.
• Design and develop RICE components BI / XML Reports, Interfaces, APIs, Conversions, Extensions, Customizations, and Personalizations.
• Utilize SQL, PL / SQL for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Work on EIT & SIT in Core HR modules and payroll interfaces.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Perform basic Unix operations and manage AOL components.
