Job Opening : Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant (Contract).
Location : Middle East Doha (Work from Office Initial 3 months only, then offshore).
Duration : 1-Year Contract.
Notice Period : Maximum 1 Month.
Preferred Experience :
- Minimum 7+ years of total IT experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting experience.
- Previous experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional consulting preferred.
- At least 4+ years of consulting experience involving :
1. RFP contributions.
2. Client presentations.
3. Scope of Work (SOW) preparation.
Job Responsibilities :
Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud (including Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management) onsite.Hands-on experience in Payroll implementation and writing Fast Formulas.Must be proficient with Cloud Monthly / Quarterly update processes.Experience working on support projects and adhering to SLA commitments.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules : Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, and Advanced Modules.Deep product expertise in :
Global Human Resources (Core HR).Strategic Workforce Planning.Recruiting & Onboarding.HR Help Desk.Workforce Compensation & Benefits.Goal & Performance Management.Ability to propose robust solutions including pros and cons, especially when custom solutions are required.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Engage in Pre-Sales activities :
