WORKDAY US PAYROLL CONSULTANT REQUIRED FOR OUR MNC CLIENT IMMEDIATELY :

Experience : 5 - 7 YEARS

Location : PAN INDIA ONLY TIER 1 CITIES

Notice Period : IMMEDIATE TO 30 DAYS

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Workday Certified US Payroll Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our MNC client. This role will primarily focus on US Payroll implementation and support, with the potential to expand into broader HCM areas. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end payroll-related activities throughout deployment and post-production phases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Workday US Payroll implementation and support.
  • Lead and manage design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities across multiple projects.
  • Conduct customer workshops to gather business requirements and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Provide post-production support and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies in customer environments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with design and project timelines.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share domain knowledge across the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Active Workday Certification in US Payroll is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday US Payroll implementation or support.
  • Strong understanding of US Payroll processes and HCM modules.
  • Proven ability to work independently across the full project lifecycle.
  • Solid experience in requirement gathering, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver on tight timelines.

    • Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

    • Additional Information :

  • Immediate or early joiners preferred (within 30 days).
  • Must have an active LinkedIn profile.
  • Open to candidates based in Tier 1 cities across India.
  • Candidates should share their resume with a recent photograph in Word format.
