Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager at Radio Urja 89.6 FM in Singrauli. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills
• Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the media or broadcasting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
