- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 sales executives to drive POS, IPG, and VAS product sales.
- Plan and implement sales strategies across multiple locations to achieve regional targets.
- Oversee merchant acquisition and onboarding under Hospitality and allied segments.
- Drive sourcing of terminals through bank-led models by coordinating with branches.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Build strong relationships with key merchants and institutional partners.
- Manage escalations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth Skills & Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Finance, Banking, or Fintech.
- Mandatory experience in POS, IPG, and VAS product sales.
- Prior experience in managing and motivating a team of sales executives.
