Job description

Experience Required : 3-5 years in Sales & Marketing within Finance, Banking, or Locations : Bengaluru, Mumbai, Raipur, Guwahati, Kolkata, Siliguri, Ludhiana, Agra, Delhi, Requirement : Candidates who can join within 1 month Responsibilities (KRA) :

  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 sales executives to drive POS, IPG, and VAS product sales.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies across multiple locations to achieve regional targets.
  • Oversee merchant acquisition and onboarding under Hospitality and allied segments.
  • Drive sourcing of terminals through bank-led models by coordinating with branches.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key merchants and institutional partners.
  • Manage escalations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth Skills & Requirements :
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Finance, Banking, or Fintech.
  • Mandatory experience in POS, IPG, and VAS product sales.
  • Prior experience in managing and motivating a team of sales executives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • MBA and bachelors in sales
