Responsibilities
Retain and increase market share for the assigned product category in each account.
Drive sales for the assigned product category within the designated region.
Manage and develop channel partners; ensure proper selection of relevant partners.
Handle channel conflicts effectively and maintain strong partner relationships.
Reconcile accounts with channel partners to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Maintain and update all sales records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Ensure strong geographical coverage and expansion.
Manage order processing and ensure timely execution.
Strong channel handling and partner management skills
Good negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Analytical mindset with focus on account reconciliation and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
Strong geographical exposure and market knowledge
Relevant / Additional Experience :
Proven hands-on experience in
Channel Development in UPS, Battery or Inverter Industry
Other Industry Exposure :
Consumer Electronics or Mobile Handset Industry
Qualifications
B. Tech / BBA / MBA
6+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
