Franchise Partner Development & Conversion
- Work jointly with the Sales team to identify and shortlist top-performing dealers for conversion into Franchise partners
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential Franchise partners
- Drive conversion of selected dealers into Franchise stores
- Plan and support the upgradation of existing franchise partners to higher tiers
Retail Excellence Management
Evaluate and monitor the Retail Excellence Score (RES) across all franchise storesDrive improvement in RES through DDE across parameters such as store hygiene, visual merchandising (VM), customer feedback capture, and POS billing adherenceConduct quarterly audits to track franchise retail excellence performanceCreate awareness among franchise partners about the importance and impact of RESMarketing, VM & Focus Product Sales Support
Support execution of all ATL / BTL Marketing and VM campaigns in Franchise storesEnsure proper placement, display, and promotion of focused products through colour consulting and painting servicesMonitor effectiveness of VM arrangements and recommend improvements as neededExecute promotional campaigns in coordination with Franchise PartnersStore Launch & Upgradation Support
Coordinate the planning and execution of new Franchise store launchesEnsure smooth operations during store openings with complete handholding for the first 6 monthsSupport upgradation planning and execution for existing Franchise storesBusiness Performance Monitoring
Track and review the business performance of Franchise storesIdentify underperforming stores and implement corrective actions to improve their performanceDrive sales of value-added products and services through franchise channelsTrack ROI of Franchise stores by monitoring sales and cost metricsRelationship & Conflict Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with top Franchise Partners in the territoryManage and resolve conflicts arising within Franchise and non-Franchise storesCoordinate with the Sales team for timely resolution of escalated issuesTraining & Capability Building
Train Franchise dealer staff on company systems, processes, and retail excellence standardsConduct regular training on increasing conversions, upselling, cross-selling, and customer service excellenceTally & EDC Enablement
Ensure timely installation of Tally and EDC machines in all finalized storesCollect EDC consent forms during the agreement signing processDrive adoption and integration of Tally and EDC solutions in Franchise storesPaint Consultant (PC) Management
Coordinate with RD Zonal Associate team for PC hiringMonitor and improve productivity of PCs by ensuring timely CRM data updatesConduct regular reviews and follow-ups for PC performanceSkills Required
