Franchise Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of franchise stores ensuring full compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners and provide continuous operational support.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, agreements, and brand guidelines.
- Drive sales performance across franchise outlets in line with business objectives.
- Conduct market surveys to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
- Perform regular audits for SOP adherence, customer service quality, and brand representation.
- Manage financial obligations : payment clearance, account reconciliation, and follow-up on dues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners.
- Handle franchise agreements, renewals, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Resolve franchisee concerns, operational challenges, and financial disputes.
- Collaborate closely with Area Managers for reviews and operational alignment.
- Support expansion by identifying new franchise opportunities and markets.
- Assist in onboarding and launching new franchise stores.
- Provide insights on franchise models (FOFO) and evaluate operational viability.
Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate / MBA preferred (Retail, Operations, Business Management specializations advantageous).Experience in retail / luxury / jewellery / lifestyle sector with strong exposure to franchise operations.Strong understanding of retail sales, franchise agreements, and store operations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to travel extensively across franchise locations.Strong financial acumen with experience in payments, reconciliations, and contract handling.(ref : iimjobs.com)
