We are now looking for a Program Manager – Customer Relation & Retention to drive performance and build one of the most impactful creator & affiliate programs in wellness.
What You’ll Do
Own the affiliate P&L end-to-end (revenue, commissions, costs, retention, ROI)
Build a high-conversion sales engine with influencers, creators, agencies, and partners
Manage the entire funnel – outreach, deal structuring, tracking & retention
Run partnerships that bring real sales, not just reach
Collaborate with product, content, and growth teams to scale what works and optimize what doesn’t
Who You Are
2–5 years of experience in affiliate sales, B2B partnerships, or revenue ownership
Strong 0→1 builder mindset – ideally with startup / early-stage exposure
Data-driven with strong understanding of unit economics & growth levers
Skilled at negotiation, trust-building, and motivating creators
