Position : Associate Program Manager - Retention

Key Responsibilities : .
Campaign Management – End-to-end ownership from campaign setup, execution, and analysis across Push, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.Lifecycle Journeys – Design and optimize automated journeys (welcome, upsell, inactivity, win-back, etc.) using A / B testing and cohort analysis.Segmentation & Personalization – Use behavioral / transactional data to create micro-segments and deliver personalized campaigns at scale.Analytics & Reporting – Track lifecycle KPIs (DAUs, retention, CTR, conversions, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Product, Growth, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to align CRM campaigns with business goals.Tools : Proficiency in CRM platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar.What we&aposre looking for :
Strong command of CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing.Data-driven mindset with ability to run experiments and optimize campaigns.Creative thinker with a growth-hustler attitude.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Prior experience in consumer tech (travel, mobility, or e-commerce preferred).Show more
