We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver value to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and help mitigate risks to ensure seamless program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Campus Expansion – Build partnerships with colleges and coordinate on-campus sessions and events to introduce Masai's programs.
- Student Acquisition – Conduct workshops, webinars, and ambassador initiatives that guide interested students toward enrollment.
- Growth Levers – Identify and launch credit-bearing modules, joint events, and custom cohorts to widen program reach.
- Voice of the Student – Gather campus feedback and work with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the learner experience.
- Storytelling – Showcase learner achievements through newsletters, videos, and campus materials to inspire current and future students.
- Data Optimisation – Monitor funnel metrics and run data-driven experiments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
Experience : Upto 2 years in community management, growth, partnerships, or a comparable student-facing role (relevant experience outside this range will be considered).Interpersonal skills : Able to build rapport with students and stakeholders and address concerns with empathy.Event & campaign results : Evidence of organising initiatives that achieved clear, measurable outcomes (e.g., sign-ups, retention).Data familiarity : Comfortable using funnels, surveys, spreadsheets, and basic BI dashboards.Communication : Clear written and spoken English plus at least one Indian language.Travel : Willing to travel up to 12–15 days per month during busy periods.Tools : Working knowledge of CRM or community platforms such as Discord, or Slack, and the ability to compile straightforward reports.Skills : project coordination,program management,timelines,stakeholder management,team collaboration,timeline management,skills,project management,management,teams,communication,basic,performance tracking,projects,risk management,collaboration,project
