About the Team

The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a very high exposure role at Navi. This role provides the birds eye view of every part of the business. This role will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational success. This role will oversee high-impact initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and support cross-functional collaboration.

Must Haves

• Graduate from a top-tier institution
• 5–10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or high-growth startups with exposure to CXO-level problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
• Business first thinking
• Entrepreneurial mind-set along with an ability to hustle and solve problems on-ground
• Takes initiative and can think of new ways to approach problems
• Ability to think outside the box and be comfortable dealing with unstructured problem statements.
• Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail. Understanding data & dashboards; being adept at Excel and Google Sheets
