Technical & AI Expertise

  • Deep understanding of AI / ML technologies : machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to evaluate emerging AI trends (e.g., RAG, agentic AI, multimodal models) and decide which are worth productizing.

Strategic Vision & Business Acumen

  • Translate AI capabilities into business value and revenue models.
  • Identify new value streams (AI-driven products, automation, personalization).
  • Anticipate market shifts and align AI strategy with long-term corporate goals.

    • Leadership & Change Management

  • Build and lead multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, engineers, ethicists, domain experts).
  • Drive culture change toward an AI-first mindset across the organization.
  • Communicate AI’s value clearly to executives, boards, investors, and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Ethics, Governance & Risk Management

  • Establish frameworks for responsible AI : fairness, transparency, explainability.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (EU AI Act, India DPDP Act, U.S. AI EO).
  • Balance innovation with risk mitigation (bias, security, privacy).

    • Data & Infrastructure Mastery

  • Strong grasp of data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure AI systems are built on robust, secure, and scalable data pipelines.
  • Oversee integration of AI into enterprise systems without disrupting operations.

    • Innovation & Foresight

  • Act as an innovation orchestrator — using AI to amplify human creativity and strategic foresight.
  • Spot white-space opportunities where AI can create entirely new products or markets.
  • Foster a culture of rapid prototyping and experimentation.

    • Education Qualification

    A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or Ph.D. in AI, machine learning, or data science is considered beneficial.
