One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the business and help the Founder scale the organization across the entire business including sales, marketing, community, operations, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor to the Founders on business strategy across all parts of the business
- Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects, many of which will be sales / commercial focused
- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don’t have clear owners
- Lead company-wide initiatives
- Drive revenue and capacity planning
- Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards
