Job Description
DoE Review
- Conducts DOE planning along with cross-functional teams
- Reviews status of ongoing DOEs and evaluates the effectiveness of completed DOEs
- Approves or rejects DOEs based on corrective actions aligned with root causes
- Validates DOEs and analyses results
- Tracks ongoing DOEs
- Communicates with CFTs to resolve issues, if any
- Ensures availability of appropriate materials and manpower for DOE execution
- Authorizes changes and grants permission for DOE execution
Process Review
Verifies procedures followed during process changes and ensures proper implementationPerforms final reviews of the implemented changesConducts stack-up analysis, determines requirements, and ensures alignment with CFTsResponsible for FACA review including failure tracking, scheduling iterations, validating results, and meeting deadlinesProcess Planning
Understands development schedules and plans accordinglyEnsures incoming parts meet required specificationsPlans iterations and roadmaps to meet development timelinesSchedules risk assessments and mitigation plansEnsures availability of necessary equipment, manpower, resources, and materialsCoordinates with CFTs for equipment planningVerifies feasibility of available machinery, manpower, software, fixtures, etc., for meeting customer requirementsMaps yield against timelines and inspects achievementUnderstands customer requirements, maps current yields, conducts DOEs, analyses results, and implements FACA based on findings to verify yield feasibilityCollaborates with FATP team to assess feasibilityEscalations
Ensures timely resolution of escalationsHandles issues such as machine breakdowns, fixture damages, lack of OSS support, etc., during engineering testsQualifications
BE / B.Tech.(ME(Preferred), EE, Mechatronics)Desired Experience Level
