• Strong hands-on experience in :
• ServiceNow Discovery
• CMDB maintenance and health
• Service Mapping
• Tool and platform integrations
• Experience in mid-sized to large-scale ServiceNow environments is preferred.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage.
