Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, offering insights into market trends, assisting clients with property management needs, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with finance teams to provide comprehensive financial advice and investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in property management and investments
• Understanding of finance and real estate markets
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in real estate is a plus
