Responsibilities

• Handle multiple clients with diverse requirements, providing tailored advice and solutions.
• Conduct online meetings to understand user needs and preferences.
• Prepare detailed reports to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Allocate the right resources to meet customer needs effectively.
• Coordinate and assist programs with the Lead Advisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and consistent client support.
• Own and drive site visits to meet conversion targets.
