Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Property Sales Associate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial contact with potential clients to closing deals. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential buyers, conducting property tours, providing detailed property information, guiding clients through the legal paperwork, and assisting with loan applications. The role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of the local real estate market, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience in customer service and client management
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using technology for sales and marketing purposes
