Create Urgency : Persuade tenants to book now by skillfully handling objections and highlighting real-time demand.
Be a Local Expert : Build a local tenant inflow engine through offline branding, connecting with local brokers, tea stalls, and community hubs.
Own the Outcome : Take daily accountability by meticulously reporting on every lead, including reasons for lost conversions.
