Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing investment and property leasing advice, and conducting market research for both commercial and residential properties. Day-to-day tasks will include property management, coordinating corporate relocations, conducting property showings, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales expertise
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in property management and corporate relocation is beneficial
