We are currently seeking a Business Dev.Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about program management, operations, and driving excellence in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term internal programs within our industry practice. This role requires someone who is adept at managing multiple programss simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Additionally, the candidate will be the go-to person for project-related issues and will be expected to provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Developing and managing comprehensive project plans that merge program requirements with company goals.
• Coordinating cross-project activities and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitoring and reporting on project performance, identifying any areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in operations management in addition to Program, with strong leadership and organizational skills. They should be able to think strategically and execute efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
