- Communicate with key stakeholders during the implementation life cycle to successfully deploy our DMS.
- Keep detailed notes in an organized manner, and effectively pass along notes and action items to the Implementation Manager over that project.
- Clear communication between the project lead and the onsite team of that project.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2-3 years working experience.
- Experience implementing SaaS solutions is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders.
- Effective communication with business and the technical team members.
- Established ability to clearly explain and train clients on the Tekion platform.
- Proven ability to take customer suggestions or insights and translate them into technical deliverables
- Candidate should be comfortable with Work from office and night shifts.
