What will you get to doBD Enablement : US / EMEA
- Work closely with the US / EMEA pod and efficiently help in enabling different XDR motions (BDR SDR)
- Coach and train XDRs on solution selling, product knowledge, value positioning, lead generation and more
- Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and work with the sales BD leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development
- Design and deliver / facilitate BD skills workshops together with management and internal stakeholders
- Work with internal teams, such as Marketing, Sales and Sales Operations, to conduct training on new products, product positioning, and outreach strategy
- Manage, conduct and continually develop the Onboarding, Reboarding, Crossboarding, Everboarding and Refresh program for new and existing XDRs
- Measure success of the training program through sales effectiveness and other metrics
Our Ideal BD Enablement Specialist has :
Someone with prior BD(Outbound) experience in B2B SaaS international sales (US / EMEA) or enablement experience of 2+ years and a total experience of 3-7 years.
Experience and knowledge of the cultural nuances of the US / EMEA regions.You would be an excellent fit for our team if :
