IBS Analysis Senior Specialist.

Summary Of The Role :

• Assist the Product Owner to ensure the link between business Stakeholders and technical delivery team.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for customer journeys, content personalization, portal features, and system integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with UX / UI teams to validate customer experience designs and ensure they meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with AEM architects and developers to ensure solutions align with platform capabilities and best practices.
• Assist in defining MVPs, product backlogs, and roadmaps in coordination with product owners and delivery leads.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an Agile delivery team.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in requirements early in the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging to ensure solution quality.
