Position Overview :

You are intense about technology and exceed all expectations with your clients, from deadlines to deliverables. This position is responsible for executing and delivering solutions related managed services requests from customers. This role is expected to be an expert in the Diligent solutions and collaborate with internal teams to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation. Continue to deliver Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and / or product enablement lifecycle.
• Assist PS management, CS team, and other internal stakeholders (where relevant and appropriate) in the different stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage Domain, Industry and Product expertise to provide guidance to customers on best practices regarding solution rollout and project execution.
• Utilize experience to drive successful adoption and reduce associated risks through the delivery of Professional Services.
• Perform Quality Assurance of delivery work performed by Advisory Specialists I and II.
• Continue to develop Domain and Product expertise to provide guidance to customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution through continuous learning and personal development.
• Identify specialty areas of Domain and / or Product to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and prioritize learning and development of those areas.
• Act as a mentor for Data Specialist and Advisory Specialist roles, including being a 'buddy' for new hires when assigned.
• Support senior management on potential Business Development activities (Discovery Calls, RFP Response, SOW generation).
