We're looking for a dynamic professional Manage channel sales partners, ensure team hiring and training, monitor KPIs, and evaluate performance. Oversee timely payouts, collaborate with product teams, and ensure adherence to sales processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Channel Sales Partner Development : Establish and manage sales partners for subscription sales via tele-centres, adhering to Sops and pricing models.
- Team Hiring : Oversee hiring at Center Manager level and below to meet budgeted targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Resolve day-to-day operational challenges through regular communication.
- Training : Conduct on boarding and monthly refreshers to ensure continuous knowledge transfer.
- KPI Tracking : Monitor key metrics (e.g., data usage, hot lead conversion) to improve productivity.
- Performance Evaluation : Evaluate centre performance using metrics like meetings, lead conversion, and leakage.
- Timely Payouts : Ensure accurate payouts post due diligence and adherence to payment terms.
- Collaboration : Work with product and data teams to enhance lead quality and process efficiency.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular performance reports for senior management.
- Sales Process Compliance : Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
