Description
The Assistant Manager - HCC will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Healthcare Compliance and Coordination (HCC) team. This position requires an experienced professional who can effectively manage tasks, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the operations of the HCC team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices in healthcare management.
- Analyze data related to healthcare operations and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Skills and Qualifications
Any graduation in life sciences or a related field.6+ years of experience in healthcare operations or management, preferably in HCC.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in India.Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.Education
