The HCC Team Lead will oversee the Health Care Compliance (HCC) team, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and promoting best practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HCC team to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Develop and implement HCC strategies and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCC practices across the organization.
Monitor and analyze HCC data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to team members on HCC policies and best practices.
Prepare and present reports on HCC performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

7-17 years of experience in healthcare compliance, coding, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of HCC coding guidelines and regulations.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
