Description

The Team Lead HCC will be responsible for overseeing the healthcare compliance team, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to optimize team performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HCC team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HCC initiatives and projects.
Develop and implement HCC strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Analyze data and generate reports to track team performance and identify improvement areas.

Skills and Qualifications

Any graduatioon degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year experience as Team lead.

5+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance role or related field.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Education

Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)
