The CEO and the company have ambitions to transform from a traditional healthcare services company to an integrated technology and services organization that serves an expanded set of customer segments and offers a more diverse set of products and SUMMARY

AGS is looking for an Assistant Manager CSR will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in alignment with the organizations CSR policy and statutory requirements.

The role involves working with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organizations to drive meaningful impact aligned with the company's values and sustainability RESPONSIBILITES

1. CSR Program Planning & Execution

  • Assist in developing and implementing CSR strategies and annual action plans.
  • Coordinate with implementation partners / NGOs to execute approved projects.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of programs across focus areas such as education, health, environment, and community development.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Communications, Operations) and external partners (NGOs, academic institutions, government bodies, communities).
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and beneficiaries.
  • 3. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress through periodic reviews, field visits, and partner reports.
  • Maintain documentation and data for impact assessment and audit readiness.
  • Prepare reports for internal use and leadership presentations.
  • 4. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure CSR activities are in line with applicable laws (e.g., Companies Act Section 135 in India,
  • relevant regulations in the US, Mexico and Philippines).

  • Support due diligence and onboarding of implementation partners.
  • Maintain records for CSR spending and utilization.
  • 5. Communication & Visibility

  • Assist in documenting success stories, case studies, volunteer testimonials, and creating content for internal and external communication.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to highlight CSR impact through various channels.
  • 6. Employee Volunteering

  • Support employee engagement through volunteering programs and campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for volunteering & Experience :
  • Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or development sector roles.
  • Familiarity with CSR regulations (global), ESG frameworks, and social impact assessment preferred.
