🌍 We’re Hiring : Head of Vendor Management

📍 Location : [Pune] , 18+ years of experience

We are seeking an experienced leader to head Vendor Management , driving value, efficiency, and resilience across our international vendor ecosystem.

What you’ll do :

• ️ Lead end-to-end vendor management, partnering with Procurement, Risk, and Technology teams.
• ️ Shape and execute a cohesive vendor strategy, ensuring efficiency and eliminating duplication.
• ️ Oversee contract negotiations, financial planning (P&L, budgeting, forecasting), and third-party governance.
• ️ Manage vendor performance, risk, and compliance across the full lifecycle.
• ️ Provide leadership as Director team and global vendor management forums.

What we’re looking for :

🔹 Proven executive leadership in technology / vendor management within financial services (multinational bank experience preferred).

🔹 Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership.

🔹 Deep understanding of banking technology operations, regulatory and market dynamics.

🔹 Ability to drive results in a complex, matrixed environment.

🔹 Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and risk management skills.
