Days : Monday to Friday

Timings : 10 : 00am - 6 : 00pm

Budget : Upto 25k (depending on experience)

Experience : 0-1 years (Freshers with strong soft skills are welcome to apply)

About the Role : As an Operations Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing the user experience end-to-end. From being the first point of contact for platform users to ensuring smooth session coordination with our SoulSensei guides, you'll be the operational backbone behind a transformative experience. This role blends customer interaction, scheduling, coordination, and light data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational workflows tied to website performance and internal processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution and follow-ups.
• Identify areas of improvement in current processes and help implement practical solutions.
• Track and report key operational metrics to support data-driven decision making.
• Help maintain clear documentation of processes, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
• Support implementation of tools and systems that enhance team efficiency.
• Be a key point of contact for resolving operational issues or bottlenecks quickly.
