Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive (Inbound Travel) to support our day-to-day DMC operations. You will be responsible for managing inbound travel arrangements, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our international clients. Key Responsibilities

• Itinerary Planning : Design and customize detailed travel itineraries for international clients, ensuring their preferences and interests are met.
• Vendor Coordination : Liaise with hotels, transport services, and tour guides to ensure smooth trip execution, negotiating competitive rates to manage costs effectively.
• Customer Support : Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing support during the trip to address any questions or issues.
• Booking Management : Oversee bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities, and ensure all necessary documentation (vouchers, permits, etc.) is in order.
• Costing and Financial Management : Prepare detailed cost estimates for itineraries, manage trip budgets, and monitor overall cost control.
• On-the-Ground Support : Provide real-time troubleshooting and assistance during trips, ensuring clients have a seamless experience.
• Market Research : Stay updated on new travel destinations, activities, and trends to offer innovative travel experiences.
