Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for projects and events. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in vendor management, logistics, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple projects, exhibitions, and activations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Oversee fabrication, logistics, procurement, and installation activities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Track operational progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure operational excellence.
Support process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Mentor and guide junior operations team members where needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.

Strong knowledge of vendor management, fabrication processes, and logistics.

Ability to multitask and handle projects under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
