Roles and Responsibilities :

• Calendar & Schedule Management : Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule calls, and coordinate travel arrangements, team off-sites, and events for leadership.
• Meeting Support : Attend key meetings to prepare presentation materials, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-through on action items. Provide reminders on priorities and internal deadlines for seamless progress.
• Task & Roadmap Management : Manage and track tasks, projects, and the broader roadmap. Provide timely updates to leadership on project milestones and help keep the team aligned with deadlines.
• Event & Program Coordination : Act as the program manager for specific non-strategic programs and internal events, ensuring successful planning and execution.
• Confidentiality & Discretion : Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and tact. Maintain professionalism in all interactions with employees, departments, and external partners.
• Adaptability : Manage multiple priorities and remain flexible as tasks and focus shift in a fast-paced environment.
