Operations Executive
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive to strengthen our demand-side operations. This role sits at the core of Kapable’s growth engine, ensuring seamless lead management, optimized CRM workflows, actionable reporting, and cross-functional alignment. You will be the bridge between data, process, and execution, driving operational excellence while enabling the sales team to focus on closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lifecycle Management – Oversee the complete journey of leads, from acquisition to conversion, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-ups, and zero leakages.
- CRM & HubSpot Ownership – Maintain, optimize, and audit CRM workflows; monitor pipelines; ensure data hygiene and system efficiency.
- Operational Audits – Conduct regular checks on lead records, workflows, and dashboards to spot gaps, improve compliance, and maintain reporting integrity.
- Outbound & Cold Lead Engagement – Support demand creation by reaching out to cold or dormant leads and reactivating interest through structured workflows.
- Communication Strategy Support – Collaborate with sales and marketing to design, test, and refine lead communications across touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline processes, align goals, and improve lead handling.
- Demand-Side Reporting – Build trackers, schedules, and operational frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
- Insight-Driven Improvements – Use analytics and performance dashboards to identify trends, optimize workflows, and recommend process innovations.
- Point of Contact for Ops Queries – Resolve lead-related issues, data gaps, and escalations quickly and effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication – Share timely updates, process changes, and performance reports with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) ; proficiency in Google Suite.Prior experience in operations, sales ops, or CRM management is a plus.Why Join Us?
