Position : Sr. Manager Sales (CLM / Q2P / S2P)

Location : Pune, MH (Hybrid)

Employment : Fulltime

Job Description :

We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead growth in the APAC region. In this individual contributor role, you will focus on acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and exceeding ambitious sales goals.

We are looking for a seasoned sales hunter with deep experience in services selling to large enterprises. The ideal candidate is street-smart, adaptable, and skilled at networking with key players while driving sales strategies aligned with the company's mission of enabling intelligent enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the APAC and ANZ region.
  • Develop executive-level (CxO) relationships with prospects and clients, lead strategic initiatives, and present the company's value proposition.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies for lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and closing enterprise accounts.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers to expand the company's footprint in the market.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipelines and closures, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to drive territory penetration and maximize lead conversion.
  • Leverage a consultative sales approach to present tailored solutions addressing client-specific challenges.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and key customer meetings across the APAC region.

Qualifications :

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the APAC and ANZ markets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling services, cloud-based enterprise solutions, and AI / digital transformation services to large enterprises.
  • Ability to operate in a competitive landscape and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Strong capability to identify, lead, and create new sales opportunities while managing complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of APAC and ANZ market dynamics, including cultural nuances, trends, and key enterprise opportunities.
  • Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients and partners.
  • Experience in selling services, eProcurement, Source-to-Pay, or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable.
  • International exposure and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A street-smart, self-driven, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
