Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Murshidabad district. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day microfinance operations, ensuring timely loan disbursement and repayment collection. Key responsibilities include building and managing relationships with customers, promoting financial literacy among clients, and forming and training Joint Liability Groups (JLG). The role requires on-field visits to rural areas, customer documentation verification, and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach
• Experience in relationship management and community-based work
• Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of financial services, microfinance operations, or rural development
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office tools
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Fluency in the local language of Murshidabad and understanding of the local culture is a plus
