Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Malda with flexibility for some remote work. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee driving sales within the assigned territory, manage relationships with clients and merchants, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies, training teams, and achieving sales targets through effective leadership and teamwork.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and motivating teams
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients and merchants
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial technology or payment gateway industry is a plus
