Medhavi Foundation operates a chain of skill training centers across Jharkhand state, catering to more than 5000 students annually. As a section 25 incorporated non-profit company, Medhavi Foundation aims to bridge the employability gap of rural youths and meet the manpower requirements of industries. The organization collaborates with the National Skill Development Corporation, various corporates, and state skill missions to skill-train and create employment opportunities for 50,000 youths over the next 5 years. Medhavi runs skill development centers across 7 east and northeast states of India and has successfully trained and placed 6000 students in various sectors through government-sponsored, CSR, and paid programs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Murshidabad for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the skill training center, manage staff, coordinate training programs, and ensure the attainment of training targets. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for student enrollment, maintaining training quality, liaising with partners and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local language and community engagement
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Familiarity with government-sponsored programs and CSR initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field
