Who We Are
Role Summary
In this role you will drive and support customer analytics for HP's online store business across the APJ region. You will be responsible for campaign performance analytics and customer database intelligence initiatives. You will support automations and trigger programs with the required data capabilities for targeting and performance measurement. You will drive insights into customer behavior and key engagement metrics. With an objective of growing hp's engaged customer base, you will work closely with stakeholders within the International Customer Management team (platform, analytics, CRM leads) as well as local business partners, to drive data based marketing decisions across the markets in APJ
You will join the International Customer Management team responsible for customer strategy, base value, monetization and brand consideration. As part of Digital Direct organization, you will support strategic direct to customers transformation. You'll be welcomed to HP, an innovative US$50bi company that keeps reinventing itself and is #1 in most areas it plays.
Scope
Drive and support design and deployment new customer success and engagement metrics, initiatives and projects, partnering with both data and business stakeholders
Drive elevation of campaigns in the APJ region by enabling various targeting criteria, monitoring campaign performance, supporting test and learn as well driving improvements in platforms wrt data.
Develop a thorough understanding of business data and apply analysis / statistic technics to transform data into insights driving decision-making processes
Provide reporting capabilities to enable regional marketing / sales / CRM teams to monitor their performances
Measure and monitor strategic initiatives performances against KPIs. Provide forecasts of expected uplifts for prioritization
Required Experience
Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, integrity checks
