Job Title : SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic ERP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CRM modules, ensuring seamless integration with core SAP systems such as ECC and S / 4HANA. The role demands deep functional knowledge, hands-on configuration expertise, and a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable SAP CRM solutions.
The consultant will be involved in end-to-end project lifecycles including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform end-to-end functional configuration and customization in SAP CRM modules - Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Engage with business users to analyze requirements, document business processes, and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT to validate CRM functionalities and business workflows.
- Work closely with ABAP and middleware teams to support enhancements involving BADI, BAPI, workflows, and user exits.
- Configure and validate CRM Middleware components to ensure accurate and consistent data replication between SAP ECC and CRM systems.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve functional discrepancies reported by business users.
- Develop functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documentation, test case scripts, and process flow diagrams.
- Lead or participate in requirement workshops, blueprinting sessions, and training sessions for key business users.
- Support integration with SAP SD, MM, FI, and other third-party applications as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, system governance, and change management procedures.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and release management activities.
Required Skills and Experience :
Experience : 58 years of strong hands-on experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant (Sales, Service, Marketing modules).
Core Expertise :
In-depth knowledge of CRM Sales, Service Management, and Interaction Center functionalities.Hands-on experience in Business Role Configuration, Partner Determination, Action Profiles, Copy Control, and Organizational Model.Ability to configure CRM Middleware, monitor queues, and troubleshoot integration errors.Exposure to CRM UI Framework, WebClient UI, and end-user role management.Testing & Validation :
Proficient in creating Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and UAT coordination.Expertise in CRM Testing, defect tracking, and validation of business processes.Process Knowledge :
Strong understanding of CRM business processes such as Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Service Orders, and Campaign Management.Experience working in Agile / Hybrid project & Communication :Skilled in preparing functional documentation, training materials, and SOPs.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in SAP CRM integration with SAP ECC / S / 4HANA modules (SD, MM, FI).Exposure to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) or S / 4HANA Service Cloud is an added advantage.Understanding of CRM Technical Architecture, UI Components, and Middleware data models.Prior experience in full lifecycle implementations (Blueprint to Go-Live).Ability to mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transition within the team.Soft Skills :
